WAYNE, N.J. -- Second-seeded William Paterson (21-5, 14-4 NJAC) will play at top-seeded Richard Stockton (22-4, 15-3 NJAC) to decide the 2014 New Jersey Athletic Conference (NJAC) Men's Basketball Tournament championship Saturday, March 1, at 7:00 p.m.

General Admission is $5.00. Students, children 12 and under, and senior citizens will be admitted for $2.00.
The Pioneers are coming off a 75-66 semifinal victory against third-seeded Rutgers-Newark (19-8, 14-4 NJAC) Feb. 26, while the Ospreys defeated fourth-seeded Kean (14-13, 9-9 NJAC), 64-63. Earlier this season, William Paterson defeated visiting Stockton, 74-72 (Dec. 4), and suffered an 81-57 loss in Pomona (Jan. 25).
A second-team all-conference selection, junior 6-2 guard
Sandy Burgos (Fort Lee, N.J./Fort Lee) leads the NJAC with 20.2 points per game (43rd in Division III), while NJAC Player of the Year and first-team all-league senior 6-2 guard
Javae King-Gilchrist (Teaneck, N.J./Teaneck) has collected 19.1 tallies (second in conference), 6.5 rebounds and a team-high 5.0 assists (second in league, 44th nationally) and 2.9 steals (first in NJAC, sixth in Division III) per contest. Junior 6-3 guard
Jaques Conceicao (Massama-Lisboa, Portugal/Francais Charle Lepierre) is posting 10.4 points per game while rating sixth in the league with 7.8 rebounds per contest, and sophomore 6-4 guard
Bright Mensah (Hackensack, N.J./Hackensack) is adding 10.5 tallies per game.
William Paterson will be looking to win its 12th NJAC Tournament title (1972, 1980, 1983, 1984, 1985, 2000, 2001, 2002, 2006, 2010, 2012).
