William Paterson Coaching Staff
Head Coach Erin Monahan, along with assistants Michael Gilmore and Alie Wickersheim, guided WP to its most single-season conference wins in program history after posting a flawless 18-0 record. The Pioneers led the NJAC in scoring offense (73.6), scoring defense (50.5), field goal percentage (.406, 495-of-1218), opponent field goal percentage (.323, 321-of-993) and turnover margin (+8.50).
